Huy Lim Kha is an Australian artist with aphantasia who paints to relive her memories and explore complex inner worlds.

Her works are recognisable by their emotional heartbeats as her artistic style evolves with every brush stroke. Her practice combines intuition and feeling with academic and technical understanding of colour and light.

She paints various subjects: suburbia, flora, landscapes, portraiture, drafting, digital design, and uses memorialisation and narrative story telling to share personal stories of her Cambodian-Chinese heritage.
